Senior Project Lead Engineer (m/f/d, 80-100%)

To grow our team, we are looking for a Senior Project Lead Engineer (m/f/d, 80-100%) at our office in Langenthal starting immediately or by agreement.


Your main tasks:

           Managing complex internal and external development projects

           Responsible for the technical coordination with suppliers and development partners within projects

           Supports the sales team and customers with the definition of system requirements and cost calculations

           Acts as the interface between international customers and our team

           Maintains and develops our successful configuration management

           Checking and releasing of technical and engineering documents in accordance with internal and external standards

           Supports other team members with project management and technical expertise

           Travelling worldwide with up to 50% of contracted time



What we are looking for:

           A diploma/BSc in a technical field preferrable in aviation or equivalent

            Professional industry recognized Project Management qualification an advantage

           Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in the aviation industry or similarly strongly regulated industries. Preferably with project experience of Seat OEMs

           Advanced working knowledge in aviation regulations

           A sound technical understanding in mechanics and electronics, both theoretical and practical

           Basic knowledge in software specification and development

           Advanced understanding of product/system life cycle

           Advanced English skills in reading and writing. German is a plus.
